Main components of the equipment

The three-in-one machine is composed of a bottle washing machine, a filling machine, a cap screwing machine, a machine rack, sealed windows, the main motor and the transmission system, bottle conveying system, cap sorter, electrical control system and other components.

The turning mechanism of the bottle washing machine is mainly composed of water diversion plate, bottle washing clamp, upper turntable, guide rail, a protective cover, a water spray device, and a water-containing plate.

The filling mechanism mainly consists of a filling bucket, a filling valve, a guide rail, a lifting device, and a stuck bottle lifting device, etc.

The auxiliary (or optional) devices include the bottle washing water return tank, bottle feeding wind channel and bottle exiting channel. In addition, the artificial bottle feeding table (or a bottle sorter), artificial bottle sorting table of multi-row differential chain mode, automatic capping machine and so forth can also be equipped according to customer requirements.
